Decisions about who to hire or who to work for have a huge impact on your company or your life. Hirelite helps you make these important decisions and meet great people efficiently. Here's how.

1) Participate in 10 interviews by video chat, each 5 minutes long (you must have a webcam and microphone to participate).

2) Choose which job seekers or companies you would like to contact. If there is a mutual connection, Hirelite will send you each other's contact information.

3) Follow up on your conversations. After you receive your matches from Hirelite, get in touch with your matches to schedule another conversation.
